Do you love administration and have a natural sense of order and organization? Are you a fearless doer who takes initiative and spreads positive energy and joy around you? Then you are the one our client is looking for.

The consulting assignment starts no earlier than April 7 and lasts for at least six months. For the right person, there is a chance for employment after the assignment ends.

Your main tasks

You will have many fun and varied tasks, but the main focus will be administration within categorization and procurement systems.

In categorization, you will among other things:

• Categorize all their suppliers in Sweden
• Coordinate and support the Norwegian operations in categorization
• Eventually start categorization in Finland together with the Finnish operations

You will have an AI solution at your disposal, which you will also drive and develop together with the responsible person. The goal is a fully automated AI solution for Sweden, Norway, and Finland.

In the procurement system, you will among other things:

• Manage daily operations
• Handle support cases via email
• Train new users
• Assist users
• Supplier activations
• Ensure that incoming data (prices, environmental data, etc.) is correct
• Ensure high quality of content

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who knows what administration entails, who understands that it involves a lot of the same tasks repeatedly, but you love it. We believe you have several years of experience in these tasks and preferably an understanding of procurement processes.

You are of course organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented, and can respond to and support the organization with various questions and thoughts. You need to be able to communicate in both Swedish and English, as you will support the Nordic countries.
